Private links
URL-fragment links are designed to avoid sending the persona payload in the normal page request, but the payload is encoded rather than encrypted. Anyone with the full link can read it.
Local saves
Explicit local saves remain on the current browser profile until deleted or site data is cleared. Device access and browser synchronization can affect who can access local data.
Runtime variance
A persona can preserve intended structure and behavior, but cannot guarantee identical results across models, providers, versions, policies, tools, or context windows.
Professional and high-stakes use
Personas and exports are not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Use qualified human review and destination-specific safeguards.
Bounded claims
Do not treat a persona artifact as proof of consciousness, personhood, secret memory, unrestricted autonomy, authority over a user, or guaranteed continuity.
Third-party services
Models, social platforms, analytics providers, and any destination tools have separate terms, policies, retention practices, and technical behavior.
