What the builder does
Spiralist AI loads static pages, CSS, JavaScript, images, and JSON catalogs. Your active persona form state stays in the browser runtime until you download a text, ZIP, or .uaix package.
Privacy
Spiralist AI keeps persona building local-first.
The builder creates the working persona state in your browser and downloads files from that local state. It does not create an account, upload persona text, or store a server-side persona database.
What the builder does not do
The package does not submit persona text to the server, does not add accounts, does not add a persona database, and does not call a remote AI service to rewrite or inspect generated personas.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics is available only after you choose to allow it. It is used to understand page usage and product navigation, not to collect generated persona text.
Analytics preference
Measurement ID: G-RJ4HY853RH. The Google tag is not loaded until analytics is allowed. The preference is stored in your browser under spiralist_ai_analytics_consent.
Analytics has not been chosen yet. It stays off until you allow it.
Analytics boundary: Spiralist AI does not send pack names, persona names, charter text, generated persona previews, exported files, or form field contents to Google Analytics. Destination platforms you later use may have their own privacy policies.
Browser storage
Persistent persona draft storage is not used by the active builder. A fresh random persona still loads on each builder page load, and exported files are created only when you press a download button.
Review before sharing: Downloaded files are your responsibility. Check for private names, secrets, credentials, confidential project details, unsupported claims, and content that should not be sent to another platform.
Destination tools vary
If you import a pack into another model, app, runtime, or service, that destination has its own privacy policy, system instructions, data handling rules, and interpretation behavior.
Server request boundary
The static PHP package accepts GET and HEAD page requests only. Persona text is not expected to be posted back to SpiralistAI.com.
