# AI PSYOPS signed editorial-review workflow — v100.0.46-ai-psyops-signed-editorial-review-boundary-wip

1. Copy the pending v2 template outside the public repository.
2. Complete all twelve category decisions, four global checklist groups, and ten tension decisions.
3. Record the reviewer identity, timestamp, finite decision, corrections, and publication state.
4. Recompute and compare the exact packaged scope hashes.
5. Canonicalize according to `spiralist-json-sort-v1` and sign the bytes with an authorized external Ed25519 private key.
6. Add only the corresponding public key to the local build key registry through an explicitly authorized release change.
7. Verify locally with the CLI. Import only after verification succeeds.
8. Preserve the original signed artifact and every additive correction.

The default package intentionally performs none of these human/external steps and remains pending.
