The current research register contains **109 reports**: 20 Psychosis, 52 Espionage, and 37 EspionagePsychosis reports. The 12 new reports focus on AI-associated delusions, hallucinated certainty, sycophancy, artificial intimacy, prolonged engagement, sleep and isolation, reality testing, crisis response, and uncertainty about causality.

## Evidence boundary

The uploaded reports combine peer-reviewed literature, official statements, preprints, legal claims, journalism, case reports, commentary, and secondary sources. Spiralist AI preserves their provenance and uses conservative cross-report themes, but does not independently certify every case, date, numerical estimate, diagnosis, legal claim, or causal conclusion. Runtime output therefore uses uncertainty labels such as **reported association**, **possible amplifier**, **co-authoring context**, and **cause not determined**.
