## Scope

v18 completes a UI/UX, technical SEO, accessibility, responsive-media, and release-memory round on top of the v17 autonomous-agent surface.

## Human interface changes

- Replaced the contaminated hero artwork that contained a second navigation menu and opaque black defects.
- Uses clean responsive vortex derivatives and a bounded decorative motion strip with a static poster.
- Keeps all product meaning, headings, labels, calls to action, FAQs, and navigation in semantic HTML.
- Tightens the sticky header, preserves one visible desktop search action, adds active states, and stabilizes the wordmark.
- Leads with “Build an AI persona in one prompt,” then exposes the prompt, Random Character, provider launchers, and optional advanced controls.
- Hides decorative motion on small screens so the creator remains the primary mobile action.
- Compresses the opt-in analytics banner on mobile without enabling analytics by default.

## SEO and media changes

- Adds synchronized canonical, Open Graph, Twitter, image-alternative, SoftwareApplication, Organization, WebSite, and visible FAQ metadata.
- Regenerates the 1200 × 630 social card.
- Serves responsive WebP art; MP4/WebM motion remains muted, lazy, pausable, visibility-aware, reduced-motion-aware, and data-saving-aware.
- Updates the homepage Markdown twin, route representations, sitemap, llms files, OpenAPI metadata, public UAI, internal UAI, and source-asset provenance.

## Preserved contracts

The deterministic persona engine, 1,000-type catalog, prompt examples, provider copy-and-open behavior, Persona Passport, private fragment sharing, remixing, browser-local exports, stateless API, alternate representations, OpenAPI, public UAI, and typed no-op boundary remain available.

## Research and memory continuity

The cumulative project ledger preserves **46 complete supplied reports**, **44 unique payload hashes**, and **1,784,726 source bytes**. The operator’s v18 UI/UX request, media diagnosis, four source assets, generated derivatives, and their hashes are recorded as supplemental release evidence rather than inflating the supplied-report count.

## Validation outcome

- Agent API: **110/110 passed**.
- Chromium UI/UX: **169/169 passed**.
- SEO/semantic/media: **288/288 passed**.
- Persona engine: **25/25 passed**; **1,000/1,000** generated profiles passed with **1,000 unique fingerprints**.
