v18 preserves the lightweight server-rendered PHP shell, same-origin JSON catalogs, vanilla JavaScript, browser-local persona state, deterministic generation, stateless agent API, alternate HTML/Markdown/JSON representations, and separate internal/public UAI memory.

The media layer is progressive enhancement: a small poster is the initial asset, video sources are attached after idle time, audio is absent, and no persona workflow depends on motion. Original media is retained only in the documentation provenance archive; optimized derivatives are public runtime assets.

The source of truth remains shared across human pages and machine contracts. UI text is not baked into graphics, and the creator remains usable when decorative media is unavailable.
