## Product model

The library keeps 250 country and area contexts at equal starter coverage: ten newsroom blueprints per geography, or 2,500 starter profiles. Country is context only. It does not infer citizenship, ethnicity, language history, religion, politics, gender, orientation, accent, voice, loyalty, competence, temperament, morality, or any other identity field.

Optional fictional identity dimensions include age, gender identity, pronouns, presentation, sexual orientation, romantic orientation, political worldview, and belief or philosophical tradition. Sensitive fields are unspecified until explicit user choice. A normal newsroom randomizer does not alter sensitive fields.

Every presenter is labeled synthetic and fictional. Real-person imitation, cloned identity, false newsroom affiliation, fabricated credential, covert persuasion, and undisclosed AI presentation are prohibited.

## Evidence and correction contract

Content falsity, coordination, actor identity, sponsorship, intent, reach, and effect are separate propositions. Source reliability, claim status, confidence, and probability remain separate. Repetition from one origin remains one source chain. Localization preserves claim status and corrections remain visible before revised copy.

## Deterministic profile API

- `POST /api/v1/news-casters/?view=profile` — strict 32 KiB request, 30 requests per 60 seconds, normalized request identity, derived or validated `Idempotency-Key`, and exact-response SHA-256 ETag.

The POST route is state-free. It does not use a durable replay store, create an account, persist a request, or promise exactly-once execution. Equivalent JSON objects with reordered keys produce the same canonical request hash, idempotency key, and response bytes.

## Qualified human review workflow

The v100.0.33 bounded cohort contains 12 fixtures chosen for script direction, shaping, transliteration, pronunciation, typography, local-context, or high-consequence terminology review. It includes 18 draft typography tokens. The selection does not characterize any person, language, script, country, or community as risky.

A self-declared signature is never trusted. Acceptance would require offline signature verification bound to the canonical payload, required source attachments, qualified reviewer metadata, no unresolved blocking issue, an explicit decision, and placement in the trusted static register. This release contains zero trusted records, zero verified signatures, and zero accepted publication records.

## Persona-domain foundation

Typed domain services now own biography, causal identity, civic worldview, and religious-worldview construction. Ten fixed-clock characterization families match the immutable v100.0.32 baseline byte-for-byte for identity, complete raw profile, normalized profile, and semantic projections.

## Acceptance boundary

This release does not claim deployment, live-host acceptance, provider acceptance, human review, human linguistic review, translation accuracy, pronunciation accuracy, typography/accessibility acceptance, RTL visual acceptance, publication acceptance, activation eligibility, or downstream runtime acceptance.
