Ten supplied lenses cover major world regions, small states and territories, and multinational cooperation. Regional context identifies comparison questions, shared or connected institutions, local terminology, source limitations, rights issues, and open research gaps. It never establishes a country-specific agency, power, allegation, success, failure, or legal rule without country-specific evidence.
